Unhush is a personal journal for tracking symptoms. It was built so that your entries stay yours.

What we collect

Nothing. Unhush has no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We do not collect, see, sell or share any of your information.

Where your entries are kept

Your entries (symptoms, hot flashes, notes, treatments) are stored on your iPhone.
If iCloud is turned on for Unhush, they are also backed up to your own private iCloud database, run by Apple. Only you can access it; we cannot see it. You can turn this off in iPhone Settings › your name › iCloud.

Doctor summaries

Summaries and PDF files are created on your iPhone. They are only shared when you choose to share them.

Reminders

Daily reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. The reminder text does not mention your health.

Purchases

Unhush Plus is purchased through Apple. Apple handles payment; we never receive your payment details.

Deleting your data

Delete the Unhush app to remove entries from your iPhone. To remove the iCloud copy, go to iPhone Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Storage › Unhush › Delete Data.

Unhush is a journal. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Please talk to your doctor about your health.

Children

Unhush is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
